Manufacturing Facility

We have established a state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in our premises which play a significant role in producing quality products for delivery to our valued customers. The unit is equipped with the modern machineries and equipments to bring out quality products. The machineries installed there are periodically overhauled and regular up gradation is undertaken by the company from time to time in order to get quality products. The company desires to clean the environment by supplying good water treatment plants and systems with the help of their employees like experienced engineers and technicians.

Warehousing and Packaging

The company’s warehousing and packaging unit is spread over a vast area segregated by different rooms to accommodate storing of our various products right from raw material until the finished product. The unit is fully ventilated and is made of moisture-free so that our raw material and the products are not damaged due to dust and moisture. The unit is equipped with the requisite machineries and tools and good packing material. Our staff members there take control of maintaining the unit regularly. We also use quality packing material and wooden boxes to pack our big and small treatment plants according to sizes and specifications.

Research and Development

We have engaged qualified and experienced professionals and chemists in our Research and Development department. They go through various programmes like conducting the quality of our raw material procured from reputed vendors in order to find out their quality strength to bring out a quality product. Right from procurement of raw material until the finished product our researchers conduct various tests so that we can deliver quality products to our customers. They also attend various training programmes and seminars to keep themselves abreast of any new development in the company’s product line.
